You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Kenya to use Spreadhit. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Prediction markets involve financial risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Spreadhit is not responsible for any losses incurred.
Markets are resolved based on publicly available information and pre-defined resolution criteria. Spreadhit's resolution decisions are final and binding.
Users may not manipulate markets, create fake accounts, engage in money laundering, collude with other users to fix outcomes, or use the platform for any illegal purposes. Violation may result in account termination.
Spreadhit charges a platform fee on profitable trades. All deposits and withdrawals are processed via M-Pesa. Fee schedules are displayed before each transaction.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
